AFER held a conference call for media with Theodore J. Boutrous Jr., one of the attorneys representing the plainfiffs in Perry v. Schwarzenegger, to discuss the brief urging the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to uphold the disctrict court decision that declared Prop. 8 unconstitutional.
