Outcomes & Timing

There are at least six ways the Court could rule, five of which result in gay and lesbian couples being able to get married.

The Prop. 8 Case Sponsor

AFER brought together Ted Olson and David Boies to challenge Prop. 8 in federal court. They represent two loving couples who want to get married.

Shortly after the Supreme Court rules, the two couples and two attorneys who brought the Prop. 8 challenge will be on the steps of the  Court give their reaction.
