Prop. 8 Proponents File Final Brief
Our opponents in the Proposition 8 case—an organization that calls itself ProtectMarriage.com—just filed their reply brief with the U.S. Supreme Court. This is the last and final brief before AFER’s attorneys face them a week from today at oral argument.
