Details: Supreme Court to rule on Prop. 8

Tomorrow, the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule on AFER’s challenge to California’s Proposition 8.

Here’s a full run-down of what will happen:

  • The Court will begin announcing decisions at 10 a.m. ET/7 a.m. PT. The ruling in the Prop. 8 case will not be the only one announced, and may be handed down before or after a number of other decisions. Click here to see how the Court could rule.
